Responsibilities

  • Assist with Project Finance Depository wires for Quarterly fundings and disbursements from Revenue accounts as per Loan Agreement
  • Analyze and spread financial statements
  • Assist with portfolio review management for Structured Finance team
  • Assist with Financial reporting deliverables and covenant exceptions
  • Assist with Borrowing base review and funding requests for Structured Finance team
  • Assist with external Audits for Structured Finance team
  • Learn basic fundamentals of credit analysis and underwriting
  • May perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • 1 –3 + years of Collateral Analysis experience with preference in Structured Finance Industry or Asset back Lending (Commercial Lending)
  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, accounting, or equivalent work experience (Minimum 3.5 GPA)
  • Detail oriented and intellectually curious
  • Strong Excel and MS Office suite skills
  • Highly motivated and strong work ethic
  • Thorough understanding of generally accepted accounting & finance principles
  • Strong quantitative and critical thinking abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Compensation

The base pay range for this position is USD $33.00/Hr. - USD $43.00/Hr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
