Overview

East West Bank is looking to hire a Compliance Analyst.

Responsibilities

  • Support different compliance initiatives and projects, which may include (but not be limited to):
    development of a bank-wide regulatory library, bank-wide administration of regulatory change
    management process and assisting with committee or monitoring reports.
  • Gather and analyze compliance-related information to create deliverables and
    recommendations on compliance matters.
  • Assist with any monitoring or testing activities for the Monitoring program.
  • Perform regulatory research and technical assistance, as assigned. Assist the Compliance
    Officers in assessing new or updated rules and regulations, including impact analysis, gap
    assessment, and updating regulatory change records with latest status.
  • Assist with the management of complaints, which may include monitoring for data accuracy and
    completeness of each complaint record and following up with upcoming deadlines defined by
    the department's complaints policy. Assist with developing complaints trending and analysis
    reports.
  • Assist with the clean-up of annual compliance risk assessments.
  • Assist the department with any special projects or tasks.
  • May perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Must be currently enrolled in a College/University and working toward a bachelor's or master's
    degree.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to delivery high-quality work products with attention to detail.
  • Able to grasp complex concepts and self-motivated to learn.

Compensation

The base pay range for this position is USD $20.00/Hr. - USD $32.00/Hr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
