The New Accounts Manager is responsible for the strategy, execution, and client delivery of the operations for the Global Treasury and Payments (GTP) New Accounts, and Insured Deposits Teams. Utilizing their leadership, excellent Judgment, and decision-making skills the New Accounts Manager will ensure the team has the tools, resources, and support to delight internal and external customers that operate in the commercial deposits and Treasury Management space. The New Accounts Manager will have oversight of the liquidity product operations supporting the banks Insured and Brokered Deposits. The manager will streamline processes, identify efficiencies, and continuously enhance department procedures, making sure products and services are established within published service levels. They will train and develop employees and refine the staff’s technical expertise with the growing complexity of the banks business customer base. The manager is also responsible for tracking and reporting GTP Client Delivery KPI’s and should be familiar with complex commercial customer structures and their documentation requirements for establishing deposit accounts. Focus on the EWB vision, GTP team goals, ensures a collaborative climate, setting priorities, demonstrating sufficient "know-how" and improves staff performance through feedback. Serve as subject matter expert on DACA’s, and entity documentation requirements. Develop a team of Project Delivery associates to deliver a best-in-class onboarding experience through continued leadership, and professional development.
