Overview

The individual will support Relationship Manager’s drive for consistent market coverage. This position handles needs for borrowers with different credit structures and depository requirements. Must be experienced in Commercial Credit.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare opportunity memorandums, modeling and credit analyses, participate in credit decisions and manage approval and closing processes.
  • Provide client and portfolio support
  • Analyze opportunity risks and support deal structuring to maximize return while mitigating risk
  • Strong focus and ownership on the overall client experience.
  • Cross sell bank products and services
  • Acquire qualified referrals from existing clients and investors products and services
  • Demonstrates solid product and operational knowledge.
  • Responsible for attaining established individual, department, and Bank financial goals
  • Perform underwriting and forecasting for all loans
  • Promote high quality loan customer service and related activities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 4+ years of relevant commercial banking experience
  • Strong interpersonal communication skill sets
  • Commercial Credit training preferred
  • Possess proficient interpersonal communication, writing and group presentation skills.

Compensation

The base pay range for this position is USD $65,000.00/Yr. - USD $220,000.00/Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
