Overview

Relationship Manager of Private Banking to manage client relationships and to provide full range of wealth management products and services to our high net worth (HNW) and ultra high net worth clients (UHNW).

Responsibilities

  • Acquire new HNW and UHNW clients and solicit business opportunities through proactive cross-selling, referrals and personal business connections
  • · Identify client needs and deliver client-focused banking and wealth management solutions to enhance client experience
  • · Collaborate with product specialists in offering professional advice to meet client investment goals and risk profile
  • · Grow and maximize the revenue potential of this client group by building strong client relationships and delivering differentiated solutions
  • · Adhere to bank policies and professional ethics and be alert of various business risks.

Qualifications

  • Degree holder in related disciplines
  • · 4 – 10 years of sales experience in consumer banking with HNW / UHNW client segment preferred
  • · Must be registered RI (Regulated Activities; Types 1 & 4) to carry out investment regulated activities
  • · Sound knowledge of banking, wealth management products, and business ethics
  • · Self-starter with a tenacity to succeed, and a flair for selling
  • · Customer-focused, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • · Certified Private/Retail Wealth Professional are preferred
  • · Fluent in Mandarin & English is required. Cantonese is a plus.
