Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and academically strong BSA Analyst II to support the BSA/AML Risk Management program. This role will assist in the execution of Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs) and enterprise level BSA/AML and OFAC risk assessments. The BSA Analyst II will report to the Senior BSA Risk Manager, work alongside internal stakeholders to coordinate assessments, conduct regulatory research, organize documentation, analyze data, and support the delivery of high-quality written deliverables. The role offers exposure and provides opportunities to develop expertise in regulatory compliance and financial crimes risk

Responsibilities

  • Support execution of BSA/AML and OFAC RCSAs, including data collection, documentation, and control testing coordination.
  • Perform research on regulatory requirements, guidance, and enforcement actions to inform risk assessments.
  • Assist with drafting and maintaining high-quality documentation, including the enterprise wide BSA/AML and OFAC risk assessment report summaries and related reports.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across compliance, risk, and business units to track progress and ensure timely delivery of required actions.
  • Contribute to the enhancement and streamlining of assessment and issue tracking processes.
  • Perform quality assurance checks on documentation and data inputs.
  • Maintain organized working papers and audit trail documentation.
  • Support internal reporting and presentation materials as needed.
  • Performs additional duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree is required
  •  2+ years of experience in banking, preferably within a BSA/AML, compliance function, or relevant academic experience in risk management.
  • Strong writing skills with demonstrated ability to produce professional, well-structured documentation.
  • Experience conducting regulatory research and summarizing findings clearly and concisely.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
  • Proven ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage deliverables by the deadline.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation

The base pay range for this position is USD $28.00/Hr. - USD $36.00/Hr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
