We are currently seeking a Senior Compensation Lead to lead the development, analysis, and implementation of the Bank’s performance and compensation programs that align with our business objectives. This position is reported to the Director of Compensation and will be responsible for conducting in-depth compensation analyses, supporting salary structures, managing incentive programs, and ensuring compliance with compensation regulations. This is an individual contributor in the compensation function and requires exceptional consultative, analytical and influencing skills along with a strong customer service orientation.
