Overview

We are seeking a Wealth Management Operations Associate for our Wealth Management (“WM”) department. This position will engage with most aspects of WM and is required to obtain a foundational understanding of our bank’s WM product and services to deliver holistic operational support to WM team.

Responsibilities

  • Perform monthly production reporting (fee income/expense)/GL Transfer
  • Maintain and update weekly/monthly spreadsheets for various projects such as FC schedule, licensing status, etc.
  • Responsible for Licensed Banker split commission calculation and payments
  • Perform representative change and account reassignments/client profile management
  • Process daily settlement wires/enter annuity purchase trades
  • Assist sales supervision with daily document review and upload process
  • Assist representatives with operational issues and/or urgent client inquiries and provide support on various inquiries
  • Facilitate the process of FC/LBE registration and licensing renewals
  • Communicate with broker/dealer on various service inquiries
  • Manage day-today incoming call from toll-free line and delegate to corresponding FC to ensure the inquiries are handled in accordance with policy
  • Ability to attend event/offsite meeting in occasional basis
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economic or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years’ experience in operations support for Wealth Management department
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, and able to prioritize work with deadlines
  • Strong team player and be able to thrive in a collaborative team environment
  • Life insurance and combination license Series 6 or Series 7 and Series 63/65/66 preferred
  • Knowledge of AdviceWorks/SmartWorks System a plus

Compensation

The base pay range for this position is USD $24.00/Hr. - USD $27.00/Hr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
