Overview

We are seeking a strategic and data-driven HR professional to lead strategic initiatives with a focus on performance and compensation programs. This role plays a critical part in shaping HR programs that support business objectives, enhance transparency, and meet regulatory and shareholder expectations. We are looking for someone with strong data analytics, performance management, scorecard and goal setting experience/background.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, business units, Finance, and HR teams to enhance and streamline processes for accurate and efficient data collection. Integrate collected data into performance management frameworks to support evidence-based evaluations, goal tracking, and strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and deliver executive-level reports that provide real-time, data-driven insights into performance trends at the individual, team, departmental, and enterprise levels. Continuously refine data and reporting frameworks to improve clarity, relevance, and impact to the organization.
  • Train HR business partners and people managers to enhance their ability to interpret, apply, and act on performance data. This includes guiding them to understand key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends, and translating insights into actionable strategies.
  • Lead the end-to-end review and develop a performance-based bonus framework that enable HR to set and allocate budget based on team and Bank’s performance.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align incentive plans with business strategy.
  • Led a collaborative effort with UKG system vendor, Payroll, and internal HRIS teams to design and implement reports that track productivity and accuracy for HR Operation Function. Ensure reports are aligned with performance management objectives and provide actionable insights to support leadership in evaluating employee performance and making data-driven decisions.
  • Lead the preparation and review of compensation-related disclosures in the annual proxy statement (e.g., CD&A, Summary Compensation Table, Pay vs. Performance) and partner with Legal, Finance, and Investor Relations to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance with SEC regulations and shareholder expectations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or other related field of study or equivalent work experience, MBA preferred
  • 10+ years’ experience in banking, financial services, or corporate environment
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to understand business needs
  • Excellent problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Solid written, communication, and interpersonal skills, including presentation skills
  • Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to think creatively and learn quickly
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Solid experience working with data analytics or managing scorecard/goal setting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Compensation

The base pay range for this position is USD $120,000.00/Yr. - USD $250,000.00/Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
