Overview

We are currently seeking for a high professional to join our team as a Premier Relationship Manger. As a Premier Relationship Manager, you will be a trusted adviser to our new and existing Premier clients. Woking collaboratively with our internal teams, you will support client’s entire life journey by providing professional and comprehensive financial advice to suit the client’s needs. You will also provide support on contacting clients proactively, handling client’s banking queries timely and ensuring all the compliance and regulations are met.

Responsibilities

  • Developing our Premier customer base and establishing long term relationships with an assigned clientele portfolio
  • Collaborate with Regional Manager and/or Branch Manager to develop and implement customer-centric strategic marketing plans and generate new business through prospecting, outside calling, networking, and referrals
  • Demonstrating genuine curiosity about clients, helping them reach their financial ambitions
  • Connecting with Product Specialists to provide more advanced technical input to identify and fulfill multiple needs with clients
  • Promoting our products and Services to potential clients, exploring their needs and making referrals to other business units where appropriate
  • Supporting branch improvement initiatives, providing client feedback of our service and ensuring compliance with audit requirements and quality assurance
  • Understanding and adhering to local and global compliance
  • Maintaining the levels of operational integrity required by EWB and adhere to the Business Principles and Values of EWB
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 5+ years in commercial lending and/or private banking with proven sales track record
  • Experience in client facing environment, with excellent relationship building capability
  • Strong sales and client orientation, with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of client centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
  • Good understanding and strong interest of the financial markets
  • Mature and independent mindset, able to work effectively under pressure 
  • High energy, results-oriented, and work well in a team environment
  • Strong desire and capability to influence, educate and connect team, partners and customers to technology

Compensation

The base pay range for this position is USD $69,000.00/Yr. - USD $140,000.00/Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
