Overview

This role involves tracking and analyzing asset data, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and supporting strategic decision-making to maximize asset value and minimize costs. The IT Asset Management Analyst collaborates with various departments to maintain accurate records, improve asset utilization, and support IT operations.

Responsibilities

  • Asset tracking and inventory Management using Atlassian Jira products
  • Provide training and support to staff on asset management policies, procedures, and tools.
  • Assist in resolving issues related to asset tracking, usage, and compliance.
  • Promote awareness and adherence to asset management practices across the organization
  • Prepare documentation for audits and assessments, providing accurate and comprehensive asset information.
  • Maintain detailed records of asset transactions, including purchases, transfers, and disposals.
  • Ensure proper documentation of asset configurations and settings.
  • Conduct regular physical audits of IT assets to ensure inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6-7 years of proven experience in IT asset management, inventory control, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in asset management software and tools.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of ITIL and other relevant frameworks is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities.

Compensation

The base pay range for this position is USD $140,000.00/Yr. - USD $170,000.00/Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
