Responsibilities

  • RCSA’s - Work with department  to complete the documentation of RCSA’s
  • Help to identify and document all key processes, risks and controls.
  • Perform other duties as necessary:
  • Foreclosure -  review any updated regulations and help update procedures, monitor changes.
  • Bankruptcy -train staff to  monitor loans affected by Chapter 7/11/13 BK filings to ensure POC’s are  timely filed,  relief from stay is requested, BK plans are reviewed, payments are correctly posted, pre/post-petition ledgers are kept current; respond to emails from staff or attorneys
  • Pending litigation - work with in-house legal and outside counsel on lawsuits filed  by and against Bank;  coordinate production of documents for attorneys; participate in conference calls to discuss strategy and specifics of case
  • Update desktop procedures for Consumer Assets and Modification Department

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree of related fields
  • Strong background in collections, bankruptcy, foreclosure and consumer protection laws
  • Paralegal experience in law firm preferred
  • 5 or more years in overall loan servicing
  • 5 or more years in management experience

  • Proficient in MS Office, LPS loan servicing system and FIS system

Compensation

The base pay range for this position is USD $28.00/Hr. - USD $35.00/Hr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
