Overview

We are currently seeking a Centralized Processing Spec I

Responsibilities

As a valuable East West Bank team member, your duties (not limited to) will include:

  • Performing accounting and/or GL reconcilement tasks
  • Process Return Items, Non-Post Transactions, and ATM Balancing
  • Handle customer’s inquiries clearly via phone and email
  • Operate with little or no supervision and exercise independent judgment in completing assignments

Qualifications

  • Banking Back Office Operations experience within a banking institution required
  • FIS IBS Insight systems experience is a plus
  • Minimum 1 year of back office operations banking experience
  • Collaboration/People skills
  • Integrity/Dutifulness
  • Available to work overtime as needed
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Must be able to adapt and work in a fast paced environment with sensitive deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel programs
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Adhere to policy and procedures and attendance requirements

Compensation

The base pay range for this position is USD $20.00/Hr. - USD $25.00/Hr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
