Overview

We are seeking a Financial Consultant Associate. The Financial Consultant Associate will perform administrative duties and provide support to the Financial Consultant of Wealth Management.

Responsibilities

  • Answering general queries by telephone, email or in person
  • Organize and accurately maintains filing
  • Help support Financial Consultant’s daily operations functions / misc. projects
  • Manage Financial Consultant’s calendar (scheduling, rescheduling, travel arrangements)
  • Assist Financial Consultant with client paperwork’s, compiling information for reports, printing, and scanning documents.
  • Help assist the Financial Consultant to create, maintain, and implement business plans designed to identify revenue growth opportunities for new and existing clients. Manage the pre-call planning process and post-meeting debriefs.
  • Adheres to bank policies, regulatory agency guidelines and CE requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or other related field of study or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years’ experience in administrative support experience
  • Strong financial acumen and ability to understand business needs
  • Solid written, communication, and interpersonal skills, including presentation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, able to prioritize work with deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Compensation

The base pay range for this position is USD $24.00/Hr. - USD $30.00/Hr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
