The Temporary Employee is responsible for the closing and booking of commercial loans on the core system, disburse loan proceeds, assemble loan files, follow up on post closing items.   

• Prepare loan boarding sheet based on loan documents and other supporting documents.
• Perform booking of loans in FIS loan system
• Perform disposition of original signed document package
• May perform review of funding request to ensure they are in compliance with government and federal regulations as well as bank’s policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Commercial closing and funding booking experience preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, managing time and resources to ensure work is completed efficiently and within established timeframes and has a sense of urgency.
• Knowledge of Microsoft software, inclusive or Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to organize and maintain a high-volume work environment.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changes and perform in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be detail oriented and accurate.
