Overview

We are seeking for a position of Sr. Manager of WM Sales & Strategies to join our Wealth Management group. This position will plan a crucial role in supporting the development of business strategies across the wealth management group. It will be expected to bring thought-leadership, insight and intellectual curiosity to the team and to explore strategies for maximizing business opportunities for the group.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for coaching and developing Licensed Bank Employees.
  • Responsible for increasing the pipeline of qualified referrals. Provide frequent and accurate funding projections and ensure monthly goals are achieved.
  • Provide leadership in driving the performance of the branches by working directly with Regional Managers, Branch Managers and business partners across various business units and product types to improve referral process efficiency with focus on developing and enhancing cross sell culture.
  • Collaborate with business partners to develop, communicate and implement effective campaign/program strategy for the branches.
  • Provide consistent and regular training and development opportunities for Licensed Bank Employees to incorporate best practices across branch network.
  • Responsible for integrating sales strategy and service strategy, and the customer experience into retail banking
  • Perform other duties as required and assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in finance, Economics or a related field required; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of relationship management experience; 5+ years of leadership or management experience
  • Leadership and management experience will be determining factors in selection. Successful candidate will be articulate and possess leadership capability
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of financial services industry including both asset and practice management
  • Strong analytical skill and problem-solving skill with the ability to research and find the root cause of the problem and able to provide recommendations with solutions
  • Strong written, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly to all levels – executive to front lines
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels
  • Must be able to take initiative, adaptable, and multi-task to meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility with traveling

Compensation

The base pay range for this position is USD $200,000.00/Yr. - USD $270,000.00/Yr. Exact offers will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
